Big and comfy rooms, clean, personal balcony, excellent shower, good value for money. Huge rooms, renovated with sauna, floor heat, fantastic restaurant. Great interior design, nice terrace, iMac computer in room, close to train station. Large comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with sauna, lots of windows for fresh air.
Nothing all excellent.

We loved the amazing sauna included in the spacious bathroom, the large comfortable bed, and the central location right across the local church. The hotel's facilities were great and the service from the friendly staff was superb! We also appreciated the convenience of free on-street parking nearby and the easy access to transportation with the Pulheim train station next door.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety of options.
The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when we had questions or concerns. The WiFi was unreliable and often disconnected, making it difficult to get work done. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortably hot. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negative aspects outweighed them and we would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-fitted. There was free on-street parking and good wifi to stay connected while on holiday. the location of the hotel provided several dining options within walking distance, making it a convenient stay.
The breakfast experience was a bit awkward, as guests had to order exactly what they wanted the night before and some items were not delivered. there was no coffee in the room and no indication of the reception hours for those needing to leave early.
